1. About these terms

These terms govern services provided by GravityX Tech (Udyam Registration No. MH-26-1212300, India). By requesting a demo, approving a preview, or paying for a plan, you agree to these terms.

2. Free preview

Every project begins with a free preview of your website. No payment is due until you approve the design. If you do not approve it, you owe nothing and there is no obligation to continue.

3. Plans and pricing

• Launch (one-time): a complete website delivered live, typically within 24 hours of design approval, plus 3 days of post-launch tweaks.
• Carefree (subscription): hosting, security, domain renewals and a defined number of small updates each month for as long as the subscription is active.
• Growth (add-on): business profile setup, enquiry routing, review capture and a competitor audit, delivered once.

Prices are shown in your local currency based on your location. The amount charged is the amount displayed at checkout in the applicable currency.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business details, text content, images and logo files when asked.
• Ensure you own (or have rights to) all content you supply.
• Provide timely feedback so launch timelines can be met.

5. Ownership

On full payment for a one-time plan, ownership of the website design and content transfers to you, excluding third-party libraries, fonts and stock assets licensed to us. Subscription plans include a licence to use the website while the subscription is active. Domain names registered for you belong to you.

6. Fair use of care plans

Monthly update allowances cover small content and design changes. Large rebuilds, new pages beyond the plan scope, or custom development are quoted separately before work begins.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant plan in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion over a call; failing that, the courts at our registered place of business in India shall have jurisdiction.
