Refund Policy

1. Our promise

You only pay after approving your website preview. If the preview does not impress you, you pay nothing — so refunds are rarely needed. When they are, this policy applies.

2. One-time Launch plan

• Before launch: if you cancel after paying but before the site goes live, you receive a full refund within 7–10 working days.
• Within 3 days after launch: if the delivered site materially differs from the approved preview and we cannot fix it within 7 days, you receive a full refund.
• After the 3-day tweak window: the project is considered accepted and is no longer refundable, though we will still fix genuine defects for 30 days.

3. Carefree subscription

• The setup fee is refundable only if cancelled before work on your site begins.
• Monthly charges can be cancelled anytime; the current month is not refunded, and service continues until the end of the billing period.

4. Growth add-on

Refundable in full if cancelled before delivery begins. Once the audit report or setup work has been delivered, it is non-refundable.

5. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method — UPI / bank for Razorpay payments in India, or the original card for Stripe payments. Bank and gateway processing times (typically 5–10 working days) apply after we initiate the refund.

6. How to request

Message us on WhatsApp or use the contact form with your name, business name and payment reference. We acknowledge every request within 2 working days.
